How far in advance should I book my ride?
We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance, but we also accept last-minute bookings based on availability.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your reservation up to 4 hours before your scheduled pickup time without any charge. Cancellations made less than 4 hours in advance may incur a fee.
